The Canon R50 feels well-built. It's an upgrade from the Canon EOS M50 Mark II, with a more sturdy-feeling build quality. The body is made of hard plastic, but there's a nice rubber grip around the handgrip. The buttons and dials provide good physical feedback, and the screen mechanism feels sturdy too.
The canon EOS M series cameras nice and compact mirrorless designs. But Canon is phasing them out over time. They can use EF lenses, which can be used with other Canon camera lines, but the EF-M lenses can not. The 2000D is getting old by now.
