It seems that with Classic Controls instead of Standard, I'm able to lock on to targets and shoot them the way I'm used to. I like that. So I downloaded GTA Vice city from steam on my computer, its Windows 10 and the mouse isn’t working at first I thought it’s locked and will be unlocked further into the game but so far there’s no progress. I went into the settings and there wasn’t any option to set the movement to my mouse movement.
